Product Signal Preview submissions and any uploaded files are stored securely for the purpose of reviewing the request and managing the related business enquiry.
ProductCue will keep enquiry and Product Signal Preview information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting or business record purposes. As a general guide, active enquiry information is typically retained for up to twenty four months from last contact, and information related to commercial engagements is retained for up to seven years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.
8. File uploads
Files you upload as part of a Product Signal Preview submission (for example product, packaging, pricing or range materials) are used only to assess your Product Signal Preview request and to inform any follow up business conversation. They are not made public and are not shared beyond what is described in this policy.
