These Terms of Engagement cover your use of the ProductCue website and the early stages of any engagement with ProductCue. Any paid work will be subject to a separate written agreement.
1. About ProductCue
ProductCue is a trading name of RM Enterprise Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16813013, VAT Number 507 2000 47), with its registered address at 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. ProductCue provides senior product, packaging and route to market guidance for consumer product businesses.

Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding recommendation, guarantee or formal advisory engagement. You should not rely on it as a substitute for tailored professional advice.
3. Product Signal Preview
- The Product Signal Preview is a complimentary first step.
- Submitting the form does not guarantee a forty five minute Product Signal call.
- ProductCue reviews each submission first.
- ProductCue may decide whether there is a clear fit and valid reason to continue.
- ProductCue may decline requests that are not a suitable fit.
4. ProductCue Review
- The ProductCue Review is a paid diagnostic and recommendation stage.
- It is only discussed after the Product Signal Preview where there appears to be a clear fit and valid reason to continue.
- Any paid work will be subject to a separate written agreement, scope and commercial terms.
5. No guarantee of results
ProductCue provides judgement, analysis, recommendations and support, but does not guarantee commercial outcomes, sales, retailer acceptance, investor interest or business performance.
6. Client information
The company is responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information. ProductCue relies on the information provided when assessing the Product Signal Preview request and any subsequent conversation.
7. Confidentiality
ProductCue will treat submitted product, packaging, pricing, range and business information with reasonable confidentiality and will use it only for the purpose of assessing the enquiry and any related business discussion. These Terms of Engagement are not a non disclosure agreement. Where formal confidentiality arrangements are required, they can be agreed separately in writing.
8. Intellectual property
The website content, ProductCue wording, methodology and materials belong to ProductCue unless stated otherwise. Submitting information to ProductCue does not transfer ownership of your company's own product, brand, packaging or business materials, which remain yours.
9. Third party links
The website may contain links to third party websites. ProductCue is not responsible for the content, practices or availability of those websites.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, ProductCue is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with use of the website or any information provided through the Product Signal Preview pathway. Any paid engagement will set out its own liability terms in the relevant written agreement.
11. Changes to these terms
ProductCue may update these Terms of Engagement from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Engagement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
